GDPR Information Clause on personal data processing

  1. The controller of the personal data is Zakłady Mechaniczne ?WIROMET? S.A. with its registered office in Mikołów, at: ul.   2. The personal data provided shall be processed for the purpose of providing services, delivering goods or products, servicing any requests for quotations, offers, orders, order confirmations or contracts concluded within the scope of the controller’s business activity.
  3. Categories of personal data include, but are not limited to, name, telephone number, email address, address, process/service/project/delivery dedicated data;
  4. Your personal data may be transferred to entities that process personal data on behalf of the controller, including in particular IT service providers;
  5. Your personal data will be kept for the duration of the legitimate interest of the controller, unless you object to the processing;
  6. Your data will not be transferred to a third country or international organisation;
  7. You have the right of access to the content of your data and the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal;
  8. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in charge of personal data protection, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the Act of 10 May 2018 on Personal Data Protection (consolidated text Journal of Laws 2018, item 1000 as amended) or the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) of 27 April 2016.
